Provider: Karelia Labs, Sweden ("Provider")
Version / date: 1.0 / 2026-10-20
Addon: Karelia Spreadsheet for Statamic 6 ("Addon")
By installing or using the Addon on a production site, the person or organisation that buys or uses the licence ("Customer") agrees to this Agreement. If you accept it on behalf of an organisation you confirm that you may bind it.
1. Definitions
- Site: one Statamic website, identified by its production domain.
- Statamic Marketplace: the marketplace at statamic.com, through which licences for the Addon are sold.
- Licence: the right to use the Addon on one Site, bought through the Statamic Marketplace.
- Update period: the period in which a Licence includes new versions of the Addon. It is the first year after purchase, extended by each renewal.
2. Licence
2.1 Subject to this Agreement and a valid Licence, the Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Addon on one Site in production. Local, development, staging and testing copies of that Site need no Licence of their own.
2.2 An agency or developer who builds a Site for a client may install the Addon on it, provided that a Licence is bought for that Site. The Licence may be bought by, or transferred to, the client through the Statamic Marketplace.
2.3 The Customer may change the source code for use on its licensed Sites.
2.4 The Addon is licensed, not sold. The Provider keeps all rights in the Addon not expressly granted. The Addon includes RevoGrid, which is licensed under the MIT license; the notices are in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md in the package. Third-party components keep their own licences.
3. Restrictions
The Customer shall not (a) sell, share, sublicense or publish the Addon or any part of it, modified or not, alone or as part of another product, except as part of a Site that holds a Licence; (b) remove the licence notice; (c) use the Addon on more production Sites than it holds Licences for; (d) work around Statamic's licence checks; (e) use the Addon unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
4. Fees, taxes, refunds
The price is shown on the Addon's page on the Statamic Marketplace. Checkout, taxes, receipts, licence keys, renewals and refunds are handled by Statamic under its terms for the Marketplace. The Provider may change prices for future purchases and renewals.
5. Updates and renewal
5.1 A Licence includes every new version released during the Update period. After the Update period the Addon keeps working on the version the Customer has, without time limit. A renewal through the Statamic Marketplace starts a new Update period.
5.2 The Provider aims to support each new major version of Statamic within four weeks of its release. Updates may change or remove features; the Provider will not materially reduce the core functionality of a version the Customer has paid for.
6. Support
The Provider provides support through the support portal or by email at support@karelialabs.atlassian.net, in English. The Provider aims to answer requests about errors that stop the Addon from working within 2 business days and other requests within 5 business days, during Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time.
7. Customer data and privacy
7.1 The Addon runs on the Customer's own server and in its users' browsers. The Provider does not receive or have access to the Customer's content or users. How the Addon handles personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (https://ziroxonline111.github.io/karelia-labs/products/karelia-spreadsheet/privacy/), which forms part of this Agreement.
7.2 The Customer decides which users may use the spreadsheet and is responsible for the changes they save, the CSV files they export and what happens to those files.
8. Bulk changes
The Addon makes it easy to change many entries at once. Changes are saved only when a user presses Save, and only through the validation and permissions of the Site. The Customer should keep regular backups of its Site and, where it matters, use Statamic's revisions.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The Provider owns the Addon and its documentation. The Customer owns its content. The Customer grants the Provider a free, perpetual licence to use feedback and suggestions about the Addon without obligation.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law the Addon is provided "as is" and "as available". The Provider gives no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the extent permitted by law the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
11.2 The Provider's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees the Customer paid for the Licence in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
12. Term and termination
12.1 This Agreement runs as long as the Customer uses the Addon.
12.2 The Provider may terminate the Agreement for a material breach that is not remedied within 30 days of notice. On termination the Customer must stop using the Addon and remove it.
12.3 Sections 3, 9 to 11 and 13 to 15 survive termination.
13. Changes to this Agreement
The Provider may update this Agreement for future versions by publishing a new version and announcing it in the changelog. The version that applied when the Customer installed a version of the Addon continues to apply to that version.
14. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the courts of Sweden, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as court of first instance. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer's country of residence still apply.
15. General
The Agreement is the entire agreement about the Addon and replaces earlier understandings, without affecting Statamic's terms for the purchase. Where they differ about the purchase, Statamic's terms come first. If a provision is invalid the rest stays in force. The Customer may not assign the Agreement except together with the Site; the Provider may assign it to a successor of the business. Each party complies with applicable export and sanctions laws.
